This is a 12-month delivery direction, not an investment promise or a release guarantee. It describes how Mintropolis will test participation, creator value, and community agency before expanding the system. In the short term, the value is easier cultural discovery, clear Drop context, and safer participation. Over time, the goal is more useful creator and community infrastructure—only where each phase proves it deserves to exist.
Explore. Earn. Build. Govern. means participation, product-local progression, cultural access, and community contribution. People may benefit through access and useful features—not income, yield, price appreciation, liquidity, or a guaranteed mint.

Genesis recognition is checked server-side only when a verified collection source and observed wallet ownership are both on record. Without both, Mintropolis leaves the status unconfigured rather than guessing.

Months 0–2
Genesis & Passport
Establish provenance, wallet-bound participation, and a transparent first season.
Milestones
- Recognize verified Genesis provenance without yield language.
- Evolve Passport visits, achievements, privacy controls, and participation history.
- Run Season 0 with an auditable event and anti-abuse baseline.
What we measure
Returning Passports, verified city routes, creator activity, and review activity.
Exit criterion
Rules, instrumentation, and anti-farming controls are written, tested, and reviewable.

Expeditions
Test active participation before any transferability is considered.
Milestones
- Introduce soft, observable Expedition eligibility.
- Publish initial city identities and cultural routes.
- Test non-transferable resource balances and one Atlas Key experience.
What we measure
Expedition completion, repeat participation, resource sinks, and bot-resistance signals.
Exit criterion
Participation is meaningful, reconciliation is understood, and no flow resembles a paid lottery.

Resources
Learn whether Cities and Embassies create a sustainable cultural loop.
Milestones
- Run transparent seasonal budgets, caps, sinks, and retirements.
- Prototype City Prosperity as an explainable activity signal.
- Test creator-facing Embassy progression and bounded city events.
What we measure
Recurring use, issuance-to-sink health, creator retention, and moderation burden.
Exit criterion
One season shows healthy use, creators see value, and counsel/security review access experiments.

Drops & Governance
Connect cultural launches with participation-led civic agency.
Milestones
- Improve transparent Drop discovery and creator campaign tooling.
- Pilot Civic Power as a capped, non-transferable reputation signal.
- Run non-binding World and City Council experiments with public outcomes.
What we measure
Creator-originated activity, diverse participation, proposal quality, recusal, and appeals.
Exit criterion
Participation resists capture, policies are understandable, and governance results are auditable.

Decide whether a token solves a proven coordination problem. “No token” remains a successful outcome.
Milestones
- Publish evidence from Passport, resource, creator, and governance pilots.
- Run an open community review of unresolved trade-offs.
- Record a go/no-go decision and publish the next direction.
What we measure
Evidence against every gate—not price interest, speculation, or sentiment alone.
Exit criterion
A public decision record names the next phase, or Mintropolis continues without a token.
Safeguards before expansion.
The roadmap is designed to make the city fairer, safer, and more resilient as it grows.
Anti-farming
Participation is bounded by verified activity, rate limits, sybil signals, and manual review—not clicks, volume, or self-reported social activity.
Transferability
Passport reputation and early resources stay non-transferable. Any transferability is conditional on an explicit policy, product evidence, and community decision.
Legal, security & audit
Access mechanics, contracts, treasury use, and any token proposal require scoped legal review, a threat model, independent audit planning, and incident controls.
What we will decide together.
The final phase does not promise $MTRP. It asks whether a token is necessary after the city has demonstrated safe, non-speculative coordination without one.
