This is a priority sequence with evidence gates, not a delivery calendar, investment promise, or release guarantee. Existing Genesis, Passport, Embassy, and Drop work forms the foundation. City Builder is the next design priority: cities with clear stewardship and useful cultural places, expanding only where a pilot proves it deserves to exist.
Explore. Earn. Build. Govern. means participation, product-local progression, cultural access, and community contribution. People may benefit through access and useful features—not income, yield, price appreciation, liquidity, or a guaranteed mint.

Walkable 3D discovery
31 optional 3D City districts support published Embassy, NFT gallery and Drop content, with honest empty states. The 1.9 release snapshot covered all 28 then-published Embassy cities; it is not a live coverage counter or all 342 Cities.
Full-screen exploration
Full-screen 3D, Escape and touch-friendly Return to 2D were published in 1.9.1-beta. Browser mobile emulation is not physical-phone performance acceptance.
Collection guides
Epoch Sparks and Mintrolets have story and seven trait-group guides. Both remain Minting soon; no mint, gameplay, access, staking or reward utility is activated.
Physical iOS and Android performance, memory, thermal and network checks, per-City art, accessibility and real multi-peer acceptance are still open.
Decision required
Phase 01 evidence and policy review still needs an explicit exit decision. Gate A city stewardship, structure lifecycle and exhibit-rights decisions remain open.

Your Passport participation history stays private by default. You can decide whether routes and activity appear on your public Passport.
Genesis recognition is checked server-side only when a verified collection source and observed wallet ownership are both on record. Without both, Mintropolis leaves the status unconfigured rather than guessing.
Participation, city-route, creator, and review signals are recorded for measurement and review. Rate limits, duplicate-event controls, and manual review help keep the baseline useful.
Genesis recognition is not a benefit, entitlement, or financial signal. Season 0 records are for product evaluation, and we will only advance when the published exit criterion is met.
