Mintropolis legal & safety
Terms of Use
A pre-launch outline of the rules for using Mintropolis; it is not yet an effective agreement.
Status of this page
This is a pre-launch draft for product review. It is not an effective contract, legal advice, or a substitute for the final terms approved by the Mintropolis operator and qualified counsel.
Before public launch, the operator must publish the legal entity, contact details, governing law, effective date, eligibility rules, dispute terms, and a reviewed final version at this URL.
What Mintropolis is
Mintropolis is intended to be a discovery, community, and creator-publishing layer for public NFT collection context, city pages, Drops, profiles, and participation routes. It does not custody assets, operate a wallet, guarantee mint eligibility, or promise any financial return.
Official contracts, marketplace pages, wallet providers, networks, and external communities remain separate services. Their own terms, availability, fees, and risks apply.
Expected use
Visitors and creators should use the service lawfully, honestly, and without attempting to compromise its safety, availability, identities, records, or moderation process.
- Do not submit another person’s wallet, identity, work, or community as your own.
- Do not use public pages, links, task routes, or metadata to phish, deceive, distribute malware, or seek wallet approvals.
- Do not evade rate limits, access controls, moderation decisions, or platform security measures.
- Do not treat points, Passport activity, allowlist consideration, or a published page as a token, investment, transferable right, or guarantee of a mint.
Wallet and external-link safety
Mintropolis should never request a recovery phrase, private key, or unlimited token approval. A wallet signature can be used for authentication, but users should read every wallet prompt and independently verify any official contract or external destination before acting.
External destinations are not controlled merely because they are linked from a profile, city, Drop, or task. A link or a page is not an endorsement, authenticity guarantee, or security review.
Changes and enforcement
The final agreement should explain notice, change, suspension, removal, appeal, and account-access processes in the applicable jurisdiction. Until that review is complete, this draft does not create a right to use a feature or require the operator to keep content available.
